help with cocker

Hey Mark I need some help!
I have a system x cocker with electronic grip that i bought used and the guy said it had had a little leak but it doesnt have just one leak but 3 it leaks from the LPR, Ram, and Noid and you cant cock the hammer back so i was wondering if i could get an estimate if possible on the price for fixing it if possible.
